Shipping Rates - Parcel

We ship regular sized items via Standard Post within Canada for a flat rate of $15. Accessory orders over $199 ship free, excluding kayaks. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are applied when your order is processed according to where the item will be shipped. Most orders are shipped from St-Hubert, QC and take one to two business days to process, in addition to the delivery times shown. Isolated and rural areas may take longer. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your goods. 

Shipping Rates - Kayaks

Hard-sided kayak shipping:

  • Kayaks can be shipped for $250 paid at checkout. Estimated delivery is 20 business days from order placement. 

Inflatable kayak shipping:

  • Inflatables can be shipped for $90 paid at checkout. Estimated delivery is up to 14 business days from order placement. 

Exclusions: Some rural postal codes are excluded along with territories of the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. 

Surcharges may apply in cases of remote locations, for longer kayaks (over 14.5 feet), and thermoformed kayaks, to be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on transporter availability and cost. If customer is unwilling to pay the surcharge and an alternate solution is not found, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

  • Please allow 20 business days* from order placement. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.   This is the amount of time it takes for us to schedule the pick-up to leave our warehouse and deliver it to you.  Packaging may require extra time to prepare your kayak.
  • Once it leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time.  

We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order in which case you will be notified and be refunded immediately. 

*Delivery carriers may be experiencing delays. Vibe is not liable for delays from carriers once order has been given to delivery carrier. Please contact carrier directly for additional information.

 

How to Inspect a Delivered Kayak

It's important to inspect your kayak carefully and thoroughly upon delivery, so that you make sure you have everything you ordered, and that there were no damages in transit. If you have any problems, please call Vibe Customer Service for help.

If the product is signed for without damage being reported or if the driver leaves the property without the damage being reported, Vibe Kayaks won't be able to replace it.

Kayak Shipping Damage Policy

 

Returns

New items are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping fees that might be associated with returning the product. Items must be in a new condition, not show any use or wear, must have the retail packaging intact, and must be returned with all originally included parts and accessories.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed immediately minus a 20% restocking fee. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any originally included parts or accessories are missing, the amount of your refund will be reduced.

Rigid (polyethylene) kayaks and trailers are not covered by the 15-day return policy and can not be returned. In person returns may be allowed case by case. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact our customer service team and ask their advice.

Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on the Delivery Receipt.

Vibe Kayaks is not responsible for any shipping fees, nor refund of shipping fees, associated with a customer refusing delivery of their kayak order. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure they or the person they purchased the kayak for are there at the shipped-to-address to receive the delivery from the shipping carrier, or have someone authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the customer according to shipping carrier policy. If a kayak delivery is refused by the customer and is returned to Vibe Kayaks, Vibe has the right to charge the customer another shipping fee to re-ship the kayak.
