Rigid (polyethylene) kayaks and trailers are not covered by the 15-day return policy and can not be returned. In person returns may be allowed case by case. If you have any questions on what product is right for you prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact our customer service team and ask their advice.
Hard-sided kayaks can be shipped for $199 paid at checkout. Estimated delivery is 20 business days from order placement. Other items in the order will be delivered separately.
Inflatables can be shipped for $90 paid at checkout. Estimated delivery is up to 14 business days from order placement. Other items in the order will be delivered separately.
Some rural postal codes are excluded along with territories of the Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order if we cannot for the above reasons ship to you in which case you will be notified and be refunded immediately.
